  • Every item is verified for authenticity through our in-house review and trusted third-party authentication partners.

  • In the rare event that an item is proven not to be authentic, we will provide a full refund. Documentation from a recognized authentication service must be submitted to support a claim.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • All items are inspected and photographed before shipping.

  • If you believe your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and provide further instructions.

 

Final Sale Policy

  • Because items are consigned, one-of-a-kind, and pre-owned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as size, condition, or change of mind.

  • All sales are binding once an order is placed.

Consignor Returns

  • Unsold or returned items are shipped back at the consignor’s expense.
