Welcome to A Luxury Closet (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, retail locations, or through direct sales, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

• All items sold by A Luxury Closet are 100% authentic, sourced through consignors and trusted partners.

• By purchasing, consigning, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Product Descriptions & Authenticity

• All items are described as accurately as possible, including condition, brand, size, and inclusions (dust bag, box, receipt, etc. if applicable).

• Condition grading (Excellent, Very Good, Good, etc.) is based on our internal standards.

• While we guarantee authenticity, we do not issue Certificates of Authenticity directly. We may partner with recognized third-party authenticators, and such certificates will be included if provided.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, store payments, and select financing partners (e.g., Klarna).

• Payments must clear before items are shipped or released to buyers.

• Consignment payouts follow the agreed consignment schedule and fee structure.

4. Sales, Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Returns are accepted only if an item is proven inauthentic by a recognized authentication provider agreed upon by both parties.

• Layaway purchases require a 25% non-refundable deposit. If cancelled, additional amounts paid will be issued as store credit.

• Store credit may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship insured and require signature confirmation for purchases over $50.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $2,000.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier confirms delivery.

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Consignment Terms

• Consignors affirm that they are the rightful owner of the item(s) and that items are authentic.

• A Luxury Closet reserves the right to decline any consigned item.

• Consignor payouts are based on the final sale price, less the agreed commission.

• If a consigned item is found to be counterfeit, the consignor is responsible for all related costs, including return shipping, refunds, and potential legal fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

• A Luxury Closet is not liable for damages beyond the value of the item purchased.

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside of our reasonable control (natural disasters, shipping delays, etc.).

8. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only for processing orders and managing customer relationships.

9. Governing Law & Venue

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes must be filed in state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas or Chatham County, Georgia, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

• By using our services, you consent to jurisdiction in these locations.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

• Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
